Bret Tripplett Heating & Cooling, LLC is seeking a passionate full-time HVAC Installer to join our team in Lincoln, IL. We offer a competitive pay range of $17 to $30 per hour (depending on experience and drive) and benefits such as health insurance, a simple IRA, paid time off, and a boot allowance. As an HVAC Installer, you will collaborate with the team to install and optimize HVAC systems in homes and businesses. Your responsibilities include furnace installations and fine-tuning air conditioning units, with attention to detail to ensure top-notch service and to build trust with customers.

To be considered for the role, you must have:

• A universal EPA card
• A valid driver s license
• HVAC installation experience (service experience is a plus)
• A strong work ethic and desire to succeed in the HVAC industry

• Mechanical work experience
• Service work experience
• Ability to perform both installation and service work

We are willing to train the right candidate!

This is a full-time position with a typical schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with on-call evenings and weekends as needed. Our office is in Lincoln, IL, and you will travel to various job sites throughout the area.
