Accounting Specialist - Accounts Payable

Salary: $40,000 - $67,000 USD per year.

• Process vendor bills for the United States, make timely payments, and approve employee reimbursements.
• Assist with monthly closes by preparing journal entries and performing account reconciliations.

This role requires 3 days in the office per week. Candidates must live within commuting distance of our offices in Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska. Relocation is not being considered at this time.

• Accounting degree with strong understanding of business financials.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Proficiency in Excel and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.

• Experience with Net Suite, Workday Financials, and Navan.
• Working toward completion of a CPA.

Base salary range: $40,000 – $67,000 USD. Starting salaries typically fall near the middle of this range.

Compensation is based on experience, skills, and education, and aligns with our internal pay equity practices.
