We are hiring an experienced Tax Preparer to join our growing team full‑time, year‑round. We are a Nebraska‑based accounting and advisory firm serving individuals and small businesses.

• Prepare individual and small business tax returns year‑round.
• Work with S‑Corps, partnerships, and sole proprietors.
• Review and analyze client tax data for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with our internal bookkeeping and advisory teams.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
• Support tax planning and projections outside of filing season.

• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience.
• Experience with small business returns required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a team‑based public accounting environment.

• Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA credential.
• Experience with advisory or planning work beyond compliance.

Salary: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year.
