Seasonal Credentialed Tax Expert - Bilingual Spanish

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products; provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• Use Intuit’s video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions for accurate records.

Who You Are

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) written & spoken communication skills.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and excited to interact via video and audio tools professionally.

What You Need

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Compensation

• Base pay ranges by location listed (e.g., Bay Area California $28.80 - $36.50).
• Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits per applicable plans.
