Asan Assistant Management Accountant you will support the Corporate Business Services Record to Report (R2R) Manager and colleagues in the R2R team and wider Finance Centre of Excellence and Corporate Finance teams. You will be responsible and accountable for contributing to the production ofaccurateandtimelymanagement accounts, payrollaccountingand the integrity of the balance sheet accounting.

Qualifications
  • Posting and reconciling of the Group’s payroll costs.
  • Ownership of the Company’s expense management system, managing claims and dealing with queries.
  • Production of the monthly accounts for the respective cost centres and balance sheet areas and highlighting where there is area of concern.
  • Management of the respective balance sheet accounts and cost centres and identifying and correcting any anomalies in the accounts.
  • Working with the auditors and finance teams to ensure we are audit-compliant.
  • Identify areas of continual improvement, especially around process automation and reporting standardisation that can save time and improve awareness.
