Responsible for processing referrals for evaluations for children ages birth to five when there are concerns about a child's development. This position includes maintenance of student records, clerical support and other duties in the Department. Accuracy on data entry is essential.
Previous Synergy experience is preferred.
The successful candidate has exceptional customer service experience, superior oral and written communication skills and a strong desire to respond to family and staff inquiries. Candidates must have a passion for supporting families and working on a team in a collaborative fashion.
Must be able to work independently, maintain accurate records and enter data on Synergy with accuracy and efficiency. The successful candidate understands the importance of working on a team and willingly accepts opportunities to support team members. Candidates must have the ability to create systems and processes for efficiency and organization and adhere to existing systems and processes. This position requires confidentiality of student records and information.
Required:
Applicant must be able to work independently and with others, be able to multi-task, have strong organizational skills, oral/written skills, word processing and data entry skills, HS diploma or GED required.
$23.30/hr is the hourlypay ratefor this position.
This position is subject to a veterans preference.
