Elementary Receptionist

Job Purpose:

The Elementary Receptionist at Summit Christian Academy is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the school's administrative office. This position plays a critical role in maintaining effective communication channels and providing support to students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate personnel or department, ensuring clear and professional communication.

- Managing student attendance records, including tracking daily attendance and addressing any discrepancies.

- Greeting visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor, providing assistance and information as needed to ensure a positive experience.

- - Uphold and model Christian principles in all interactions with students, staff, and the community.

Required

Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent

Required Experience:

- Previous experience in an office or administrative role

- Experience with managing phone systems and handling inquiries
