The Housing Assignments Coordinator manages the daily operations of housing assignment administration for 6000 residential students. This level of occupancy management includes responsibilities for many administrative processes which directly impact the student experience – This includes:
- Room selection
- Roommate matching
- Room moves
- Billing
- And more…
The Housing Assignments Coordinator provides excellent customer service to current students and families, prospective students and families, and campus partners. This important work is accomplished through strong working relationships with many campus stakeholders and constituents.

Minimum
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus at least one year of experience with email, phone, and in-person customer service; equivalent education/experience considered. Microsoft Office experience to include excellent email, word processing, spreadsheet, and database software program skills. Experience must demonstrate excellent communication, customer service, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with students in a higher education setting. Previous experience working in a college housing and dining program. Experience with Star Rez.
Posted Salary - $48,000/yr. minimum
