Camp Leaders

The Town of Lincoln is now accepting applications for the position of Camp Leader for the Summer Camps. Our Day Camps consist of fun-filled days of crafts, active and co-operative games, environmental activities, music, swimming and splashing and much more! The Town operates three (3) camp locations, one in Jordan and two in Beamsville. Successful candidates may be assigned to various locations throughout the summer.

A Camp Leader is responsible for assisting in the planning and delivery of the high-quality program for children aged 4 – 12, ensuring a safe and positive day camp environment in accordance with policies and procedures.

• Current Standard First Aid / CPR C certification;
• HIGH FIVE® Principles of Healthy Child Development Certificate;
• Experience working with children (in a camp setting preferred);
• Vulnerable Sector Check (for those candidates over the age of 18);

This is a full-time summer position, shifts will vary between 7:45 am – 5:30 pm Monday – Friday. The hourly rate is $18.48.
