Schedule:

This position could be part-time or full-time with an extended break. Ideally, we would like someone to do both shifts.

Morning Shift: 7:00-9:00

Afternoon Shift: 2:00-6:00

Non School Days (LPS): 9- or 10-hour shift with a 1-hour break.

• Supervise and engage school-age children before and after school
• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities and games
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment
• Help with homework and foster social-emotional development
• Communicate with parents and school staff as needed
• Be willing to do other assignments and tasks given by our Management Team

• Must be 21 years of age to drive our vehicles and have a clean driving record
• Flexible, dependable, organized, and energetic
• Experience working with children (school-age preferred)
• High school diploma or GED (early childhood coursework a plus!)
• Ability to pass background checks and meet state licensing standards
• Energetic, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
