Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the punch-out crew during the final phases of construction.

  • Conduct detailed inspections of units and common areas across multiple levels of the project.

  • Identify and document construction deficiencies or incomplete work.

  • Review work performed by subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and quality standards.

  • Communicate effectively with subcontractors to address and resolve any issues.

  • Ensure corrective actions are completed thoroughly and in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate with the site superintendent, project manager, and quality control team.

  • Maintain clear documentation and progress updates.

  • Prioritize and coordinate punch list items across various trades.

  • Enforce safety and cleanliness standards on site.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in residential or multi-family construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or punch-out role.

  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and architectural specifications.

  • Proven ability to identify defects and quality issues.

  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

  • Must be highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
