• Prepare accurate, detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure bids are competitive and complete.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and vendors.
• Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with professionalism and confidence.
• Track leads, follow up, and drive revenue growth for the company.

• Proven experience as a commercial estimator, construction sales rep, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Ability to analyze drawings, takeoffs, and prepare bid packages.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed goals.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office (preferred).
