• Oversee heavy highway projects.
• Interpret and implement construction plans.
• Manage paving crew to ensure that K2 Construction's high-quality standards are consistently met.
• Read, understand, and enforce safety policies and practices.
• Communicate and schedule their work with other employees of the company.
• Communicate with managers, sub-contractors, and Project Managers.
• Complete projects in a timely manner while meeting quality standards.

• 5 years of experience as a Concrete Superintendent.
• Experience with paving hand forms and flatwork.
• Experience with ADAAA compliant sidewalk ramps.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work outside in heat, cold and inclement weather.

Pay Rate: $60,000-$70,000, based on experience
