Crew Foreman​/Leader

Bauer Infrastructure has an opening for a Concrete Foreman (Crew Leader) to oversee the daily activities of a box culvert crew, including supervising a crew of operators, laborers, and carpenters. The average crew size is 5-8 members. This position will be a working foreman and Bauer promotes training from within to develop other members. This position will be responsible for safety, quality, production, and cost control.

This position will require a candidate that can work in the Lincoln and surrounding areas. Ideal candidate(s) are required to have:

• 5+ years of concrete construction experience
• 2+ years of experience supervising a crew
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to read plans and specifications
• An attitude that is positive and be a role model for other crew members.
