Build and install steel beams,bracing, decking, columns, and other construction materials

Erect steel frames, able to work heights.

Experience working in surroundings and with equipment that promotes safe work practices and use of fall protection, and all PPE.

Experience working with lifts, telehandler, crane and rigging preferred but not required

Make good productive decisions without constant supervision

Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner with respect to self and others

Participate in all required safety activities and wear required protective equipment (PPE)

Performs other duties as assigned

Prior experience of erecting conventional steel and pre-engineered buildings preferred

Able to lift and carry 50 or more lbs on an occasional basis

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, engineers, and subcontractors.

Proven track record of safety leadership, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
