ROLE DESRIPTIONSPrepare and set up concrete forms for pouring.
Basic knowledge of flatwork, footings, and walls
Mix, pour, and place concrete using hand tools and equipment.
Finish surfaces of poured concrete to specified textures using hand tools such as trowels, floats, and screeds.
Install reinforcing materials as needed to enhance the strength of the concrete.
Ensure proper curing of concrete surfaces to prevent cracking or damage.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and specifications.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and guidelines.
Skidsteer, backfill, excavator and dump trailer operation experience preferred, but not required.
Must be able to work in extreme climates in both Summer/Winter weather year-round

QUALIFICATIONSExperience in concrete construction, including foundations, walls, slabs, and other structural elements.
Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications.
Skilled in managing and coordinating concrete crews, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality control.
knowledge of concrete materials, mix designs, and placement techniques.
Ability to operate and maintain concrete equipment, such as mixers, pumps, and vibrators.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, engineers, and subcontractors.
Proven track record of safety leadership, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Candidates must have reliable means of transportation to and from work daily for consistent timeliness and attendance
