About the role
Balls Foods is looking for a Cake Decorator who can turn cakes into edible works of art. As a Cake Decorator, you will create beautiful and delicious cakes that will leave our customers in awe. Your days will be filled with frosting, piping, and decorating cakes according to customer requests. You’ll work closely with the bakery team to ensure every dessert looks as good as it tastes.
Creativity and attention to detail are key. New to the job? We’ll provide all the training you need to become a master cake artist in no time.
- Decorate cakes and pastries in accordance with customer requests and company standards.
- Collaborate with the bakery team to produce high‑quality desserts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow health and safety regulations related to food handling and decoration.
- Passion for baking and a flair for creativity.
- Attention to detail when icing intricate designs and piping decorations.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the bakery team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in cake decorating is a plus but not required.
