🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the pre‑sales phase with compelling design stories that captivate clients and guide the pitch process.
• Craft bespoke conceptual strategies that reflect and amplify each client’s unique identity.
• Oversee design execution to ensure alignment with our standards while continuously seeking ways to innovate and evolve.
• Champion cutting‑edge design concepts and stay ahead of emerging trends.
• Support leadership by identifying spatial needs, trends, and opportunities — and recommending smart, forward‑thinking solutions.

• Fluent in English and/or French and/or Dutch
• Degree in Interior Design or a related field
• Experience in commercial real estate or hospitality design
• Strong commercial acumen and storytelling skills
• Excellent stakeholder and project management abilities
• Proficient in design software tools
• A true team player with a collaborative spirit
