Senior Architect - Saudi National

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Architect to join our team in this pivotal role; you will lead the architectural design and project management of large‑scale infrastructure projects, contributing to the development and transformation of this historic region.

• Oversee the architectural design process for complex infrastructure projects from concept to completion
• Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including government officials and contractors, to align project goals and requirements
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality
• Prepare and present detailed reports, designs, and recommendations to clients and senior management
• Mentor junior architects and contribute to the professional development of the team
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovative practices in infrastructure development

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Professional architecture license is prefferable
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in architectural design and project management
• Proven track record in managing large‑scale infrastructure projects
• Advanced knowledge of architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up)
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and infrastructure development
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
• Experience in construction management and oversight
• In-depth knowledge of sustainable design practices
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
• Willingness to travel within the region as required
