Family Medicine Physician

Job Summary

Join CHI as a Family Medicine Physician. Deliver quality patient care to all ages in a fast‑paced environment.

• Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Conduct thorough medical examinations and detailed patient histories.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date patient records and comply with coding, billing and regulatory requirements.
• Order, perform and interpret diagnostic tests, including lab work and imaging.
• Collaborate with nurses, specialists and other healthcare professionals in interdisciplinary meetings.
• Provide consultative services to other healthcare providers.
• Participate in quality assurance, improvement initiatives and continuous learning.

• American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Valid and unrestricted state medical license or license‑eligible.

• Outpatient practice with a 4–4.5 day work week (36 patient hours a week).
• EPIC EMR and limited telephone call only.
• Superb support staff of experienced providers, nurses and administration.
