Senior Assistant Director (Early Childhood Education) – Full-time. Salary $18.00–$21.00 per hour, paid based on education and experience.

We are seeking an energetic, organized early childhood professional to lead our preschool and childcare center. The role involves supporting teachers, ensuring compliance with licensing and safety standards, and building lasting family relationships in a fun, family-focused environment.

• Supporting teachers with curriculum planning and classroom organization
• Ensuring compliance with state licensing and safety standards
• Assisting with enrollment, family communication, and tours

• High School Diploma or GED required
• CDA or higher (Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred). Must be MO Director Qualified for 100+ children.
• Previous Director experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
