This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Lincoln, NE, for a Technical Sales Estimator. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates and quotes for architectural products, providing technical support to clients, and collaborating with the sales and production teams to ensure seamless project execution. The Technical Sales Estimator will also analyze project requirements, evaluate materials and labor costs, and maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams to ensure project specifications are met.

• Experience in cost estimation, project evaluation, and preparation of detailed quotes
• Understanding of technical drawings, construction plans, and material specifications
• Skills in customer service, communication, and relationship management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and estimating or project management software
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively
• Knowledge of the construction or architectural industry is a plus
• Associate's degree or higher in a related field, or equivalent professional experience
