• Oversee daily commissioning activities with precision and accountability
• Conduct thorough pre‑functional and functional testing to validate system integrity
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive successful project outcomes

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to contribute and work well on a team
• 3+ years of experience in commissioning
• Strong knowledge base of Pre‑Functional and Functional Commissioning
• Experience in mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to lead projects and be a self‑starter to take on a variety of tasks to best serve the client and their project work
• Ability to work with marketing and business development to gain new clients
• Investigation and troubleshooting of problems to find solutions
• Construction experience preferred
