Le candidat idéal aura une solide expérience en ingénierie structurelle, spécialisé dans la restauration de bâtiments et la gestion de projets, et possédera une compréhension approfondie des systèmes structurels et des composants de l'enveloppe du bâtiment. De plus, le titulaire du poste aura une expérience préalable en développement de clientèle, en particulier dans l'industrie de la construction et de la restauration.

Our Montreal office is hiring a Project Engineer to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, specializing in building restoration and project management and possess a comprehensive understanding of structural systems and building envelope components. In addition, the incumbent will have previous experience with client development, particularly within the construction and restoration industry. • Conduct detailed inspections of buildings with emphasis on:
  • Structural elements, specifically parking structures;
  • Façade systems;
  • General building envelope systems, including roofs;
• Manage and execute restoration and repair projects, ensuring adherence to technical quality, timelines and budgetary constraints;
• Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications for restoration projects;
• Prepare and present technical reports and inspection summaries;
• Prepare winning proposals;
• Engage in business development activities, including identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships and securing new projects;
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, external stakeholders including subcontractors, clients, regulatory agencies, etc.;
• Participate in mentorship activities;
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and company policies;
