About the Role Inspections- Incoming material inspection for civil, structural, paint & chemicals.
- Issue MIR to customer in coordination with PE/SE where required.
- Coordinate third‑party material inspection as per ITP and record all inspection reports in server.
- Site survey visual and dimensional.
- Civil, structural, steel bridge, lift, pedestrian bridge maintenance work inspection.
- Coordinate surveyor inspections where required.
- On‑site paint inspection, visual, DFT, RAL colours, etc.
- Final inspection and JMS in coordination with PE/SE with customer/consultant representatives.
- Quality representative of the company in all site inspections with Consultant/Client.
- Any other inspection not specified above but required by the client/customer or directed by QAQC Manager.
- Develop Inspection & Test Plan as per the Method Statement, project specification, and relevant international standards.
- Prepare Checklist and Inspection Forms/Formats, in line with client template if applicable.
- Review method statement as per project specifications, specific work activity and customers/consultant comments.
- Review material submittals/sample submittals in coordination with project team.
- Keep log up to date and record all quality submittals with customers in coordination with document controller.
- Prepare training requirement analysis, coordinate internal/external quality training, and keep the certificate records and logs up to date.
- Keep all quality inspections records (internal and third party).
- Be familiar with project specification, requirement, and job‑related international standards.
- Issue NCR to internal or subcontractor when found any non‑conformity exceeding limit.
- Record and coordinate lessons learned, maintain log.
- Assist project team to develop project objectives and periodic monitoring.
- Calibration of all measuring instruments, maintain log.
- Assist in subcontractor audits to auditing team. Verify subcontractor evaluation.
- Attend monthly QHSE meeting.
- Support Safety, Health and Sustainability culture of the company.
- Promotion and support company policy and objectives and support in fulfilling IMS requirement.
- Follow any other instructions provided by QA QC Manager.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience.
- Years of experience: 6.
- NACE or BGAS or FROSIO equivalent qualification.
- BE Civil Engineering.
