With great gaming comes great responsibility! We’re looking for a FULL-TIME Bar & Gaming Attendant to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm and authentic service. To be suitable for this role, you’ll be motivated to comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gaming regulations. Sound like a good fit? Game on!
A day in the life of a Bar & Gaming Attendant- Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
- Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.
- Deliver top‑notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
- From the first pour of the day to the final lock‑up, you'll be on the front lines, ensuring our standards are sky‑high and the experience is one to remember.
- Help the gaming and wagering team when needed.
- This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
- You’re a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
- You’re a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
- You have a current RSA AND RSG certificate and flexible availability.
- Gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
