ALLO Communications is seeking a dynamic and experienced Controller to lead our accounting team. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the integrity of all accounting functions, financial reporting, and internal controls. We are looking for a strategic partner who will not only oversee daily operations but also guide the company through complex financial landscapes, including financial audits and compliance with our debt facilities.

** Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
* ** Team Leadership:
** Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to foster a high-performance culture and achieve departmental goals. Guide the team in day-to-day accounting activities to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
* ** Financial Integrity:
** Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies.
* ** Strategic Partnership:
** Serve as a key strategic partner to the Director of Finance , the CFO and other company leadership, providing financial insights and analysis to support business decisions.
* ** Financial Audits**:
Lead and coordinate all internal and/or external financial audits, serving as the primary point of contact for auditors and ensuring a smooth and timely process.
* ** Debt Compliance:
** Ensure compliance with all covenants and reporting requirements related to the company's various debt facilities.
* ** Policy & Process:
** Develop, modify, and maintain appropriate accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure operational efficiency.
* ** Reporting:
** Accountable owner for regulatory and compliance reporting, as well as the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements and reports.
* ** Financial Close:
** Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.

* Qualifications:

**
* Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.

* Experience:

+ Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is strongly preferred.  + Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or management role.

* Skills:

+ Demonstrated expertise in GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.  + Strong leadership and team management capabilities with a proven ability to accomplish work through others.  + High degree of professional autonomy and the ability to work independently.  + Proven ability to make sound financial decisions in a fast-paced environment, sometimes with limited information or in the midst of uncertainty.  + Consistent, High-Quality Results:

Experience with telecommunications or a similar industry is a plus.
