This is a full‑time, on‑site Loan Officer position based in Lees Summit, MO. The Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting clients in obtaining suitable mortgage loans by assessing their financial situations and guiding them through the application process. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other professionals, managing loan applications, performing credit analyses, and collaborating with underwriting teams to process loans efficiently while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in Loan Origination and knowledge of Loan Officer responsibilities
- Strong background in Finance and Underwriting processes
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure positive client experiences
- Familiarity with mortgage lending processes and industry best practices
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and building client relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
- NMLS license or ability to obtain one is required
