Job Description

We’re recruiting for aFinance Manager to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary.

We’re looking for a commercially minded and analytically driven Finance Manager to join our Asset Management Finance team. Acting as a Finance Business Partner to our Channel functions (Distribution and SPM), you’ll play a key role in supporting financial management and strategic decision-making across Distribution, Strategy, Product, and Marketing. This is an exciting opportunity to influence business performance and deliver meaningful insights in a dynamic environment.

What you’ll be doing
  • Acting as the primary finance contact for Distribution and SPM stakeholders
  • Providing financial insight and challenge to support strategic and operational decisions
  • Preparing and presenting monthly performance reports using Tableau and Power BI dashboards
  • Supporting the management of budgets, forecasts, and long‑term financial plans
  • Developing and maintaining financial models for investment cases and cost‑benefit analysis
  • Partnering with the business to identify and implement cost‑saving initiatives
  • Supporting the development of cost allocation drivers and business segmentation models
  • Ensuring adherence to financial processes and controls
Qualifications

Who we’re looking for

  • Strong financial acumen with expertise in financial modelling and analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and functions
  • Curiosity and problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach
  • Experience in business partnering and financial planning, analysis, and reporting
  • Knowledge of the asset management industry (desirable)
  • Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
  • Experience with tools like Anaplan and data visualisation platforms (desirable)
