Join Physicians Choice Home Health Care (PCHHC)/Aegis Healthcare as a Part-Time CNA / Bath Aide. In this role, you’ll combine compassionate care with meaningful connections, helping patients maintain dignity and comfort in their homes.

• Assist patients with personal care, grooming, and bathing needs, especially for those with limited mobility.
• Provide support during meals, monitor vital signs, and promptly communicate significant observations to the medical team.
• Assist with patient mobility, including transferring between wheelchairs, beds, and other equipment, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Help prevent bedsores by repositioning patients and enhancing their comfort.
• Form meaningful relationships with patients and their families, serving as a vital part of their care journey.

• Current CNA license in Nebraska.
• Preferred experience in Home Health and/or Hospice care.
• Physical ability to perform full-range movement for patient assistance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Valid driver s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Current CPR certification (we can assist) and a negative TB test (we can test).
