Hands of Heartland is looking for dependable and compassionate individuals to provide job coaching to people with developmental disabilities in Lincoln, NE.

Work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities in a variety of job settings to ensure they have meaningful employment. As a Job Coach you will assist individuals on the job and communicate with employers in a professional manner.

We are looking for full‑time help from 3-11pm or on weekends. However, flexible scheduling available as hours are based on the individual's needs.

• Must be 18‑years old.
• Must be able to pass all background checks.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Experience not required - we will train you!

Starting pay is $18.50/hour. We pay more for experience and CNA license. Incentives also available.
