What You’ll Do (Caregiver Responsibilities)*

As a caregiver, you will provide personalized home care services that support seniors physically, emotionally, and socially:

• Provide companion care and build meaningful relationships
• Assist with personal care , including hygiene assistance (bathing, grooming, toileting)
• Support mobility assistance and safe transfers
• Help with meal preparation and nutrition
• Offer respite care to support family members
• Engage clients in activities that promote independence and well-being
• Provide specialized support for individuals needing Alzheimer’s care and dementia care
• Assist with light housekeeping and daily household tasks

Requirements

• Must be at least 19 years of age
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with mobility tasks
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient personality
• A heart for caregiving with a focus on empathy and person-centered care

We offer flexible scheduling to fit your life:

• Afternoons: 3p–9p (flexible, e.g., 5p–9p)
• Overnights (Awake): 9p–7a (flexible, e.g., 10p–6a)
• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
