MC Community Services is hiring a licensed Outpatient Clinician to join the Section 65 outpatient therapy practice in Lincoln, Maine. This full-time position provides individual, family, and group therapy for children and adults across Penobscot, Piscataquis, and Washington Counties, with both in-person and telehealth options.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments of each member's medical and psycho-social needs using current DSM diagnostic criteria
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy for children and adults using evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with Behavioral Health Professionals, families, schools, and other providers as part of a treatment team
- Apply trauma-informed care principles across all service delivery
- Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with Maine Care requirements
- Help shape a growing clinical team through peer consultation and case collaboration
- Active Maine licensure: LCSW, LCPC, LMSW-cc, or LCPC-c
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices
