Caregiver – Keepsake Home Care | Lincoln, NE

· Paid weekly
· Part-time & Full-time
Keepsake Home Care is a locally owned, women‑owned home care agency built around clients and the caregivers who support them.
Why Keepsake- Small, consistent care teams. You'll get to know your clients and build real relationships instead of rotating through strangers’ homes.
- Respectful introductions. We don’t just send you to a new client. An owner or a member of the existing care team personally introduces you, walks the home with you, and trains you on the care plan.
- Paid for your drive time. Driving between back-to-back clients is paid at your hourly rate, and miles you drive during a client’s shift are reimbursed at the IRS standard rate.
- Weekly pay. Get paid every week, with direct deposit.
- Extra pay for holidays and overtime. Earn time-and-a-half on holidays you work and for hours over 40 in a week.
- Paid sick time. And you’ll never be asked to find your own replacement.
- Owners who pick up the phone. You report directly to them.
- $25/month for perfect attendance
- $50/month for covering the most callout shifts
- $1 per shift for clocking in and out in Axis Care
- $25 on your birthday
- Work anniversary bonuses from $25 up to $500
- Up to $250 for each caregiver you refer
- $5 each for completing your 60‑day check-in and our twice‑yearly caregiver survey, because your feedback matters
