Bar Shift Manager - Lead Our Team at the New Springwood Hotel!

With a fresh look and refurb at Springwood Hotel we are searching for an experienced Bar Legend to take on the role of Bar Shift Manager! We need a true leader with proven experience who can inspire and manage our bar team, ensuring seamless operations, exceptional drink quality and outstanding customer service in our exciting new venue.

• Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
• Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.
• Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
• From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.
• Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able.

• This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

• You’re a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
• You’re a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
• You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.
• Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
