The Victoria Hotel is a regional icon seeking a legendary Publican to lead our team! Operating since the 1920s, "The Vic" is more than just a pub, it’s the soul of the community, where old‑fashioned hospitality meets a modern Australian menu and a bustling atmosphere. We are looking for a community‑focused leader with a commercial mindset who can drive performance across the bar, bistro, and gaming while maintaining our deep connection to the locals.

• You know the locals by name, they reckon you’re one of their own, all while keeping a sharp eye on the P&L.
• You run the place like it’s your own modern‑day home, keeping things safe, smooth, and compliant.
• You're the pillar of the local community and the driving force behind a high-performing team.
• You put out fires before anyone even notices there was smoke.
• You bring the vibe, the service, and the smiles – every shift, every day.

• This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

• Hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications as per state requirements
