The hotel front office supervisor oversees daily front desk operations, trains and leads staff, and ensures high guest satisfaction.
Staff Supervision:Manage front desk team schedules, assign daily tasks, and monitor staff performance.
Guest Service & Resolution:Greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and resolve escalated guest complaints.
Operations & Training:Train new hires, enforce hotel standards, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments.
Financial Duties:Reconcile cash drawers, audit shift reports, and verify billing accuracy.
Education:High school diploma or equivalent; a hospitality management degree is preferred.
Experience:1 to 3 years of front desk or guest service experience, including prior leadership or supervisory training.
Skills:Strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
Availability:Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
