Responsibilities- Serve as the subject‑matter expert on Mule Soft, overseeing daily operations, health, and continuous improvement of integration services.
- Manage and prioritize production support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders; conduct root‑cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Diagnose and resolve complex system configuration, production, and deployment problems using monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Mule Soft Monitoring).
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including business analysts, developers, and project managers—to translate integration requirements into technical solutions and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Design, develop and deploy Mule Soft APIs, integrations, and batch processes using Anypoint Studio, Anypoint API Manager, and Cloud Hub.
- Minimum five years of recent experience in enterprise integration with practical experience on the Mule Soft Anypoint Platform.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred;
Mule Soft Certified Developer (Mule
4) is an advantage. - Extensive experience designing and implementing Mule Soft solutions—including API‑led connectivity, RESTful/SOAP APIs, Data Weave, API governance, security policies (OAuth 2.0), and Mule 4.x runtime.
- Solid understanding of integration patterns, protocols (HTTP/s, JMS, JDBC), and data formats (JSON, XML, CSV); working knowledge of CI/CD concepts, Dev Ops practices, and cloud platforms.
- Ability to triage and resolve complex technical issues independently and translate business needs into scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without needing employment‑based visa sponsorship.
