Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Lead System Engineer to provide technical leadership and supervision over systems and network teams. This person will be responsible for managing virtualization, cloud operations, server/storage/database support, network infrastructure, and security compliance. Find out more below!

Pay/Salary Range: $90,000/year to $120,000/year. The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Virtualization & Cloud:
  Administer VMware and Nutanix VDI environments; manage hybrid connectivity with Microsoft Azure; maintain Azure infrastructure and Active Directory.
• Server & Storage:
  Maintain Windows/Linux servers; manage SAN/NAS storage; ensure backups and disaster recovery; support database connectivity and performance.
• Network Operations:
  Oversee LAN/WAN, VPN, SD-WAN; monitor performance and troubleshoot; manage firewalls, switches, and routers.
• Security & Compliance:
  Implement security policies; collaborate with cybersecurity teams; ensure compliance with IT standards.
• Leadership:
  Supervise engineers and administrators; coordinate vendors; manage budgets, projects, and documentation.

• 5–8 years in systems/network administration, 2+ years in leadership.
• Expertise in VMware vSphere and Microsoft Azure.
• Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewalls).
• Experience with SAN/NAS storage and Windows/Linux servers.
• Familiarity with scripting (Power Shell preferred).Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $ per year
