Data and Reporting Analyst

Provide complex reporting and database tools to senior administration for forecasting and analyzing data and serve as UNL’s financial reporting expert.

Develop e-forms and data table structure for process improvement efforts. Analyze business practices and design databases to automate functions and identify trends in processing/accounting. Design custom reporting for executive decision support. Work with the Data Warehouse team to create new views to optimize database design and report generation. Create automated data visualizations using Tableau or Microsoft Power Bi.

University of Nebraska Lincoln (UNL)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Services or related field.
• 3 years of database design/maintenance experience.
• ERP financial management system knowledge.
• Relational database programming skills.
• Financial reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Data visualization skills using Tableau or Microsoft Power Bi.
• SQL or script-writing skills.

• ERP System experience.
• Data Warehouse experience.
