About the Role

Egis Projects Philippines Inc is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Reporting Designer & Data Analyst to join our dynamic team working on delivering MLFF, a game changer project in the toll collection ecosystem in the Philippines.

Role and responsibilities

Work closely with MLFF Project internal and external stakeholders to understand their reporting needs.

Clearly outline their goals and the specific data and reporting requirements, including operational and financial reports, dashboards, and key operations and systems related KPIs and metrics.

Design and develop an automated reporting system, which shall support both data analysis and reporting, including developing scripts and workflows to automate data collection and processing tasks.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (cross‑functional teams) to design and deliver KPI monitoring and actionable insights.

Be responsible for data collection and processing including ETL data from various sources, and as needed, for cleaning and pre‑processing data.

Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards, reports, and presentations and assist with data presentation, clear communication, and making reported data accessible to stakeholders.

Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders using data visualization tools.

Identify and address any data quality issues and discrepancies and Implement data quality controls and monitoring mechanisms.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze operations to identify opportunities for improvement.

Keep the reporting system up to date and aligned with evolving stakeholders’ needs.

What do we need from you

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, MS Excel, etc.).
