Systems Analyst, IT Support, IT Consultant, Technical Support
Responsibilities
- Administration and support of Supply Chain applications, clients supplier portals, Ariba, SAP, etc.
- Provide analysis and estimates for upcoming tasks. Define, design, test, and implement new or upgraded applications in support of business initiatives.
- Ensure compliance to Cybersecurity, Privacy, and Global Trade requirements in accordance with clients policies.
- Needs to be able to communicate well with nontechnical business users at any levels or location and drive business problems to successful resolution.
- Interact with the end users on application issues and coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and other DT technical teams for their assistance when needed to drive issues to closure.
- Support migrations of existing legacy applications/systems to new applications/systems with assistance from SMEs and other DT technical teams.
- This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in the appropriate discipline and 5 years of relevant experience or an Advanced degree in the appropriate discipline and 3 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required.
- Expert in SAP Supply Network Collaboration (SNC) configuration, customization, and integration with custom portals
- Strong experience with SAP ECC–SNC integration for master data via CIF
- Hands-on with PO and Scheduling Agreement collaboration:
Forecasts, Confirmations, Alerts, ASNs, Goods Receipt - IDoc and XML message analysis and troubleshooting
- SAP PI/PO middleware integration
- Supplier onboarding and portal configuration
- Solid knowledge of SAP MM (purchasing, inventory, vendor processes)
- Experience with integration points across FI/CO, SD, and PP SAP modules
- Familiarity with Oracle and SQL Databases.
- Scrum.org Certifications and/or relevant Agile experience with a team that is both on and offshore.
Experience with Ariba and SAP with an emphasis on technical support or migrations.
