We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Central Planner for managing the Demand planning , S&OP process across the markets. The role involves ensuring effectiveness of demand planning process, drive improvements in terms of Demand forecast generation & adoption. It also involves working on multiple projects for process improvements across supply chain planning to deliver business benefits on service, cost and Cash.

• You are responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the monthly Demand Planning cycle and S&O processes through Kinaxis and ERP systems, adhering to defined timelines.
• Ensure effectiveness of Demand forecast generation process for Global markets to enable improvements in forecast accuracy & Bias
• Work with Business team & demand planners across all markets for adoption, enhancement of capabilities in forecast generation, develop MIS for the same
• Root cause analysis for non-adoption of system plans & improving the process, logics & eliminating system issues for adherence to system plans.
• Actively participate in the SCM digital initiatives & driving projects to deliver the defined objectives
• Analysis of various datasets to drive insights & action plans aimed at overall improvement of planning process
• Identify and develop MIS, Analytics & dashboards to provide visibility, gather insights
• Delivering on the identified Continuous process improvement actions through project management & CFT collaboration.
• Measure, track & delivery on process metrics like plan adherence, master data errors, functional KPIs
• Standardizations & Digitization of Supply chain Metrics for tracking and management reporting
• SME for Supply chain planning & become an expert in Kinaxis Masetro for Demand, S&O, LE process

Education

Qualification:

B.Tech. or B.E. with MBA in Supply chain or Operations management (Preferred)

Minimum Experience

Required:

3-6 years of experience in supply chain planning in a Pharma/ FMCG organisation with specific focus on Demand forecasting.
