Are you a seasoned Project Manager with experience in commercial agricultural construction
? We’re looking for a General Contractor Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects with a focus on building strong customer relationships, managing subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time
, within budget
, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning and execution of commercial ag projects, collaborating with customers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to define requirements, develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and customers, ensuring transparency, trust, and satisfaction.
- Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to project schedules. Proactively resolve any issues that arise.
- Manage labor, equipment, and materials to optimize efficiency and productivity across projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections to track progress, maintain quality control, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, implementing cost-saving measures to maximize profitability.
- Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance to resolve conflicts and drive performance.
- Identify and resolve project risks and issues promptly to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- 5+ years in project management
, preferably in commercial agricultural construction or a related field. - Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management
, Engineering
, or a related field (preferred).
Skills
: - Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and familiarity with safety standards.
- Willingness to travel as needed, with a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to adapt to changing project scopes and timelines while remaining calm under pressure.
