General Contractor Project Manager

• Lead the planning and execution of commercial ag projects, collaborating with customers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to define requirements, develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and customers, ensuring transparency, trust, and satisfaction.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to project schedules. Proactively resolve any issues that arise.
• Manage labor, equipment, and materials to optimize efficiency and productivity across projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections to track progress, maintain quality control, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, implementing cost-saving measures to maximize profitability.
• Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance to resolve conflicts and drive performance.
• Identify and resolve project risks and issues promptly to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

• 5+ years in project management
  , preferably in commercial agricultural construction or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management
  , Engineering
  , or a related field (preferred).
