As we expand our operations in Lincoln, Nebraska, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team and drive business growth.

The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations at the Lincoln office, ensuring profitability, operational efficiency, and employee development while upholding the highest ethical and professional standards. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands‑on management to foster client relationships, optimize financial performance, and enhance operational success.

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead and manage the Lincoln office’s daily business operations.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as a role model for professionalism, integrity, and leadership.

Business & Financial Management

• Develop, monitor, and achieve strategic objectives to drive growth and profitability.
• Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and full P&L accountability.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
• Safeguard company assets and optimize financial performance.

Operational & Administrative Oversight

• Implement and enforce company standards, policies, and operational best practices.
• Supervise administrative functions to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments to align operational goals with company objectives.

Hiring & Staffing

• Set and maintain recruitment standards to build a strong, effective team.
• Oversee human resources functions, including employee development and retention.

Client & Vendor Relations

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
• Represent McKinnis Roofing professionally in meetings, communications, and industry events.

• Proven experience in leadership, management, and operations, preferably in roofing or construction.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of the roofing / construction industry is a plus.

• Base Salary:
  Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
• Performance Bonus:
  Quarterly bonus based on Lincoln office performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
