Get ready to roll up your sleeves and join our Capital Development Team as you deliver a diverse capital works program across Tasmania. You’ll be the go‑to for all things asset management and project delivery, ensuring everything runs smoothly from planning to final sign‑off. This role goes beyond the office; you’ll actively conduct site inspections, resolve challenges on the ground, and ensure the successful delivery of every project.

• Strategic Asset Management: Develop and implement our Strategic Asset Management Plan, maintain asset registers, assess asset conditions, and create asset class management plans.
• Preventative Maintenance: Design and roll out preventative maintenance programs to keep our parks running like clockwork.
• Project Planning & Design: Assist with proposals, concept designs, and project plans. Prepare cost estimates and budgets for business cases, and ensure assets meet current regulations.
• Compliance & Approvals: Facilitate planning and building approvals, ensuring every project ticks all the legal boxes.
• Supplier & Contractor Engagement: Prepare documentation for consultants, manage tenders and quotes, and oversee supplier and contractor engagement.
• Project Delivery: Monitor WHS management systems and on‑site safety, keep a close eye on environmental and building regulations, and ensure minimal disruption to park operations and guests.
• Reporting & Administration: Track project costs, schedules, and quality. Manage claims, contractual obligations, and all project documentation.

• Experience in project management, asset management, or capital works
• Accreditation or qualification relative to asset or systems management
• Proven experience in asset/facility management and project management.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and a proactive approach to client contact
• Exceptional customer service focus and internal motivation
• Commitment to safety, professionalism, and integrity
