Production – Oral Liquid

Key Responsibilities

• To plan and organize monthly production schedule based on the plan given by Planning/marketing department.
• To ensure that products are produced and stored according to the appropriate documentation in order to obtain the required quality.
• To approve the instructions relating to production operations and to ensure their strict implementation
• To ensure that the production records are evaluated and signed by an authorized person before they are sent to the Quality Assurance Department.
• To ensure that the required initial and continuing training of his department personnel is carried out and adapted according to need. To delegate training to technical personnel and workmen on technical and cGMP Issues.
• To plan and schedule the procurement of spares and consumable, requirement for the department.
• To co‑ordinate with other departments for introduction of new products or new process as per the developmental studies or the Product owner requirements.
• To co‑ordinate with production planning to organize monthly, weekly & Daily production schedule and to closely monitor the same.
• To discuss the critical observation during internal & external audits and imparting training to avoid critical deviations and improve the system by implementing the CAPA.
• To participate in Internal Audit.
