Job Summary
We’re seeking a detail‑oriented Cabinetry Detail Coordinator to ensure precision in our production process. You’ll handle material takeoffs, data entry, work order creation, and quality checks to prevent errors and optimize material use. If you’re meticulous and thrive in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Use Microvellum software to develop accurate material lists and takeoffs from project drawings.
- Enter and manage data in Innergy software for production and inventory.
- Engineer and issue shop‑floor work orders, including files for CNC equipment.
- Perform thorough quality checks on hardware specifications, material types, shapes, sizes, colors, cabinets, walls, and countertops to catch mistakes before production begins—ensuring no waste or errors.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in cabinetry, millwork, or a related manufacturing/construction field (preferred).
- Proficiency with design/engineering software like Microvellum; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Innergy) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CNC operations and shop‑floor processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field is advantageous.
