The Planner Scheduler Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring efficient production operations by developing and managing schedules, optimizing material flow, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position partners closely with cross‑functional teams and operational performance while applying Lean principles to reduce waste and improve lead times.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate daily production schedules to meet customer requirements.

  • Coordinate with Customer Service to prioritize and expedite key customer orders.

  • Manage raw material inventory levels from procurement through consumption

  • Oversee material flow and usage to minimize waste and optimise efficiency

  • Monitor and control Work‑in‑Process (WIP) and Finished Goods inventory

  • Apply Lean principles, including Kanban, within the value stream to streamline operations

  • Drive initiatives to reduce manufacturing lead times and improve overall throughput

  • Utilise key metrics and Lean tools to engage employees in continuous improvement efforts

WHAT YOU BRING TO

THE ROLE
  • Bachelor’s degree OR 2 years of manufacturing experience in lieu of a degree.

  • Ability to analyse production schedules for optimal production throughput for the manufacturing lines in the plant

  • Ability to review data and use Excel

  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting and make quick decisions.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

  • Knowledge of Lean standard work concepts and their application to manufacturing activities.

  • Working knowledge of SAP for product management.

ADDITIONAL WAYS TO STAND OUT
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field.

  • Experience with production scheduling.

  • Experience in Customer Service.

  • Working knowledge of SAP for product management.

  • Expert‑level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
