• Prepare the work station and transfer hangers from hanger rack to shirt or pant hanging aid.
• For shirts: flip hanger onto hanger aid, remove shirt from tub/table, dress shirt on hanger, pull sleeves out if needed.
• For pants: remove pant from tub/table, grasp zipper, stretch waistband, give a brisk shake to crease, lay pant over hanger aid, advance hanger to slotted area, remove pant from hanging aid.
• Identify merchandise repairs that do not meet quality standards (tears, holes, stains, ink spots, torn/worn labels/emblems, missing buttons) and apply a twist tie to the hanger of the item needing repair.
• Ensure garment is placed on an open conveyor pick.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, and observe best practices in all production activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Understand and follow all required training, written and verbal instructions.
• Have basic math skills.
• Strong verbal and/or written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Maintain attendance per schedule.

Work is performed in a warehouse setting and is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions, extreme heat and cold, dust, and noise. The job is based on a shift schedule and may include weekends. Overtime may be required as needed.

Position involves repetitive motions during the entire shift; requires bending, reaching, pulling, twisting, and lifting. Requires the use of hands for grasping and other manipulations. Requires standing and walking for long periods.
